January can be the beginning of your Pre-Season ride group training.

Do you want to get the most out of your riding season and enjoy more of your ride, without the aches and pains?

Prepare your mind and body for the riding season; book now to receive specialized training that will strengthen and condition you so you can focus on the road ahead.

You will receive 4 x 1 hour group training sessions and be left with the tools and information to continue training on your own, or join the group again for four more weeks after the Family Day Long Weekend; both session sets will be unique, not just a repeat.
