Lori Nicholls is a wife and mother, so she knows the importance first hand of having a refined workout routine to follow; one that fits into your life.

After having had three children and trying many diets, exercise routines all while suffering from Arthritis, Lori finally decided to hire a personal trainer, this is when she started getting results...

Having personally lost over 50 pounds (the same weight as her daughter at the time as pictured to the left) since starting with a Personal Trainer, Lori pursued the profession of being a professional in the field to assist others in obtaining their fitness goals.

"I struggled with my weight for years, especially after having three children; my life was so busy, it was all I could do to keep my family life in order. When I decided to go back to the gym, I hired a personal trainer, that was when I was finally on the road to success."

For Arthritis Sufferers, Lori knows first hand what you are going through. For years Lori suffered with arthritis, to the point where she could barely function in her day to day activities. Working her own fitness routine, maintaining a healthy weight and spending time educating herself about Arthritis, Lori is able to not only function, but she can teach Spin Classes and lead others in fitness programs without the suffering of Arthritis Pain.

Nutrition:   In 2018 Lori decided to challenge herself with competing in her first Natural Bodybuilding Competition.  It had been 40 years since she wore a bikini!  At 51 years young she stood on stage flexing, smiling and conquering the stage.   What's her biggest take away;  GOAL setting is freaking awesome, and Nutrition is critical for a full transformation!   Lori became passionate about learning more about Nutrition and earned her certification as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.   She studied 35-40 hours for each of the four final exams and worked diligently on all of the chapter tests to complete her studies.  Being able to count calories is important but understanding the difference between nutrient dense and empty calories is critical.  (Critical not just to your waist line but your overall health)
