You will have good days and bad.   Mel Robbins is an awesome motivational speaker and Lori follows her and gets motivated by her constantly.  "I just love Mel's comment about goal setting and working out"  -  "You are never ever going to feel like it!"  (concept of parenting yourself).    What's a good take-away with that;  JUST DO it anyway.   If it's a bad day guess what:  Ten minutes counts.  One more apple counts.    Ten minutes isn't a mass calorie burn.  Period.   However, if you add up all of those times that you did something/anything when you could have so easily just not, and you add up all the apples when you could have easily had a bag of chips or cake, at the end of the year;  BAMM!  ...and that's when you know it's worth while.   100 calories p/day equates to 10lbs at the end of the year.  Life get's in the way and sometimes you just need someone who's mission is to help you.   Connect with Lori and get her to be your biggest cheerleader and coach today!   You can!    lorifitness@gmail.com
